Peeled hemp seeds / hemp nuts peeled
Hulled hemp seeds, also called hemp nuts or hemp hearts, are characterised by their tender consistency and nutty taste. They are ideal for adding to savoury and sweet foods, baked goods and dishes. We can process both organic and conventional goods in our factory. Available untreated, CO2-pressure treated or germ-reduced, also roasted on request. They are packaged according to your wishes in 20 kg buckets or bags.
Hemp seed oil cold pressed / food quality
Our cold-pressed hemp oil is an extremely high-quality edible oil. It is suitable for refining recipes of food products as well as cold and warm dishes. Hemp oil should not be heated strongly in order to preserve the valuable ingredients. If required, we recommend our hemp seed oil refined. It is packaged in 5 /10 / 20 kg canisters, in 190 kg drums or in 920 kg IBCs. Available in organic and conventional quality.
Hemp seed oil cold pressed / Technical oil
Cold-pressed hemp oil is also suitable as a technical oil, e.g. for industry or as a cosmetic additive. It is packaged in 5 / 10 / 20 kg canisters, in 190 kg drums or in 920 kg IBCs. Available in organic and conventional quality.
Hemp seed oil refined
Clear, tasteless and odourless hemp oil, suitable for the food as well as the cosmetics industry. Hemp oil raffinate is less sensitive to heat and can therefore be heated more. It is packaged in 5 /10 / 20 kg canisters, in 190 kg drums or in 920 kg IBCs. Available in organic and conventional quality.
Hemp flour, 12 % protein content
Hemp flour is obtained from the press cake left over from oil pressing. Dried, ground and sieved, the result is a flour with a protein content of 12 %, which is suitable for enhancing foodstuffs, baked goods and dishes. It is packaged in 20 kg bags. Available in organic and conventional quality.
Hemp protein powder, 30 %, 50 %, 60 %, 70 % protein content
Hemp protein powder is also obtained from the press cake, which is produced by pressing the oil. Due to the high content of valuable, purely vegetable protein, it is particularly suitable as an additive to protein bars or shakes and is also suitable for vegetarians or vegans. According to your wishes, we can produce protein powders with protein contents of 30 %, 50 %, 60 % or 70 % by grinding and sieving. Available in organic and conventional quality.
Hemp fibre
Hemp dietary fibres are also obtained from the press cake as a residue from sieving. They give food and baked goods the extra portion of dietary fibre. Also suitable as an additive for animal feed. Packed in 20 kg bags. Available in organic and conventional quality.
